We do not deliver the following items:

• Weapons, replica weapons, ammunition, controlled devices or explosives
•  Flammable or explosive items
• Oxidizers or Peroxides
• Drugs & drug paraphernalia, narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances for illegal use, precursor chemicals for illegal use, toxic substances
• Biochemicals, Infectious, Infectious Substances
• Corrosive substances, radioactive substances
• All kinds of illegal publications, prints, audio-visual products and other publicity materials that endanger national security or social stability
• Documents, materials and other items that involve state secrets
• Special equipment for spy
• Forged or altered currency, securities, certificates, official seals or other illegally forged items
• Currency or securities
• Infringement of intellectual property rights or counterfeit goods
• All kinds of endangered wild animals or plants or their products
• Food, medicine or other items that are harmful to the health of humans or animals, coming from epidemic areas, or able to transmit diseases
• Tobacco or Tobacco Products
• Valuable cultural relics, antiques
• Other prohibited goods under laws or regulations

In addition to the above prohibited items, SF Express reserves the right to refuse delivery and/or suspend delivery of the following items:

• Any package for which contact details of the sender and recipient are not provided;
• Items that, in our opinion, are not suitable for delivery or are not properly described, classified or packaged or labelled in a manner suitable for delivery or without the necessary documentation;
• Items that, based on our own judgment, may endanger the safety of means of transport or personnel due to the characteristics of the product itself or its packaging;
• Items that, in our judgment, are economically or operationally undeliverable.
  
  

It is the sender's responsibility to comply with the currently applicable laws, regulations and government regulations of the origin country/region and destination country/region. The items prohibited or restricted may be different from country to country, besides the list above, it is recommended that the sender should also refer to the list of import and export prohibited/restricted items of the origin and the destination.
