What can I send to Hong Kong and China?
The items customers ask about most, answered lane by lane. Final acceptance is confirmed when we check your shipment, and China Customs may collect duties from the recipient.

Frequently asked questions
Is this an official SF Express location?
OneHub has operated as an authorized SF Express reseller since 2018. Eligible shipments receive an SF tracking number for use on the official SF tracking service.
How do I send a parcel or document?
Bring your unpacked or packed shipment to the Markham shipping centre during opening hours. The team will check the destination, contents, documents, dimensions, and final price with you.
Do I need to bring my own box?
You may bring a suitable box, or purchase a box at the centre. The existing service information lists packaging at approximately CAD $1–$2 depending on size.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Accepted shipments receive a unique tracking number that can be checked online through SF Express.
How much does it cost to send a parcel to Hong Kong or China?
Hong Kong: CAD $9 for the first pound, $15 for 2 lb, $18 for 3 lb and $22 for 4 lb, then $5 per additional pound (5 lb is $27, 10 lb is $52). Mainland China: CAD $21 for the first 3 lb, then $7 per additional pound (4 lb is $28, 5 lb is $35). Weight under a pound rounds up to the next pound, and the centre bills on actual or volume weight, whichever is higher. See the price list for documents and other destinations.
How many days does delivery to Hong Kong or China take?
Hong Kong usually takes around 5 business days and can arrive in as fast as 3. Mainland China usually takes around 7 business days and can arrive in as fast as 5. Customs clearance at the destination can add time, and every shipment is trackable on the SF Express website or app.
How is the shipping weight calculated?
Use the parcel rate calculator with your destination, weight and dimensions. The charge is based on the higher of actual weight and volume weight, with the final price confirmed at the centre.
Can I send luggage to Hong Kong or China?
Yes. Luggage to Hong Kong is straightforward: complete the parcel form or contact the team for packing and document guidance. Luggage to Mainland China goes through a customs declaration: bring your flight ticket, a packing list and your passport (cover and information page) to the centre. After you cross the border into China, ask customs for a Declaration Form and send it to us on WeChat. SF Express in China then contacts the recipient and sends their passport to Beijing for clearance, returning it once customs has released the luggage. Allow extra time for this process.
What is the Liability Waiver Agreement, and when do I sign it?
It is a document in which the shipper agrees that OneHub SF Express is not liable for damage during transit, at delivery or afterwards. We usually ask for it when a parcel contains fragile or unusually shaped items that cannot be fully protected in transit.
Are import duties and taxes included in the shipping charge?
No. The shipping charge covers export from Toronto. China Customs may collect duties from the recipient based on the contents and declared value — for reference, about 20% or more on clothing and electronics, 13% or more on supplements and 50% or more on cosmetics and skincare. Hong Kong does not normally charge duties on personal parcels.
